The role of agriculture sector is very important on staple main of Indonesian people and employ half of the Indonesian labor. One of the important role is the cultivation of the plan in which according to the Act No 12 of 1992 about the cultivating system, it should be regulated by largely determinant of quality and quantity of agriculture sector. The changes in the government system, the climate change, food crises, and its tendency to choose the organic staples is association with the certification issues, change of land uses, global market, low price cheap, and post harvest storage are also not's accommodate by the law. The changes in this law, must be done in order to accommodate the changes of the pay attention to the farmers interest.
