Abstract
Tax avoidance or tax avoidance is an action by a company for the purpose of reducing the company's tax burden. Of the various factors that trigger tax avoidance, this study will further examine three determinants, namely, family ownership, capital intensity, and inventory intensity. This research was conducted to determine the effect of these three factors on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies in 2017-2019 that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses 375 samples that have been filtered from 549 companies. The application used to analyze data in research is SPSS version 25.
Based on the statistical test results, the results obtained are that family ownership has no effect on tax avoidance, capital intensity has an effect on tax avoidance, and inventory intensity has had an effect on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies in 2017-2019.
