| This study presents a comprehensive business establishment for Maid For You, addressing the existing problem of finding reliable and high-quality domestic helpers. The research involved distributing questionnaires to 69 respondents, revealing an average difficulty rating of 7-8 out of 10 in finding suitable domestic helpers. The viability of the business was assessed using Porter's Five Forces Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and the Business Model Canvas. Additionally, the Net Present Value method was employed to evaluate the financial feasibility of the business, which proved to be viable. The findings indicate that the business is projected to generate profits within three months, leading to an optimistic outlook for profitability in its first year of operation. |
