SWA and PT. RMI) in Beiitung. It studies how leaders of corporations act responsibly towards internal and external stakeholders. Data are obtained through in-depth interviews and observation done by the researcher. Il found that the corporation has performed its profit making function, but has neglected several aspects of responsible leadership. Specifically, the corporations place themselves as good citizens developing the society, however, they are weak in cultivating trustful sustainable relationship with surrounding communities.
