Abstract
This journal focuses on the human resource development of "OG FitMeal," addressing various challenges such as difficulties in finding competent employees, issues of employee discipline, and internal conflicts among staff members. The study incorporates interviews conducted with both restaurant owners and employees to gain insights into the underlying problems. Additionally, a survey was conducted with 30 customers of "OG FitMeal" to gauge their perspectives using a scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The viability and potential of the business were assessed through Porter's Five Forces Analysis, SWOT Analysis, SWOT Matrix, and the Business Model Canvas. Moreover, the Net Present Value method was employed to evaluate the financial feasibility, confirming the business's viability. Based on the findings, the business is projected to achieve profitability within seven months of its first year, instilling optimism for continued profitability in the second year. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of human resource development for sustainable business growth in the context of "OG FitMeal." The findings highlight the significance of addressing challenges related to employee recruitment, discipline, and internal conflicts to enhance overall performance and maximize business potential.
