This study aimed to find out the students’ perceptions toward teacher’s feedback using Google Docs to improve their writing skills. The participants of this study were 24 tenth grade students from Tarsisius 1 High School in Jakarta. This study used mixed methods, quantitative method, and qualitative method. The quantitative method was used to calculate the item validity and reliabilityfor the questionnaire, where the qualitative was used to analyze the resulted data from the interview.To collect the data, students were asked to fill out a questionnaire consisting of two main aspects: Teaching-Learning Process in Writing and Google Docs as a media for teacher feedback. The questionnaire was given through Google Form. To confirm the data, an interview was conducted by choosing three students from the participants. The result showed that most of the students found that teacher feedback on Google Docs helped them to understand the feedback easier, which resulted in having more insights for their writing tasks. |
