Isi artikelThe purpose of this study to examine: the influence of intellectual capital to knowledge management; the influence of knowledge management to organization performance; and the influence of intellectual capital and knowledge management to organization performance. Until now, difficult to find research that examine empirical evidence about the relation between intellectual capital and knowledge management to increase organization performance. For that reason need to be done the model development of connecting condition of antecedent for intellectual capital effectively. Its importance to developed theoretical relationship between intellectual capital and knowledge management, because knowledge management process can facilitate and accumulation intellectual capital, so that organization performance will increase. Population of this research are all Small Middle Entreprises (SME) in Bali, with 200 sample size in Denpasar. Sampling design in purposive sampling, with SME export oriented. This research applies subject data type (self-report data) with primary data source (primary data). Primary data is collected to applies survey method with questionaire data collecting technique, that was sent questionaire through post service (mail survey) and contact person to respondent. Hypothesis test done used structural equation modelling (SEM) with AMOS 7.0 and SPSS 17.0 software. The research finding are human capital influence positively significant to customer capital, have effect positively not significant to structural capital, have effect positively not significant to knowledge management, and have effect positively not significant to organization performance; customer capital influence negatively not significant to structural capital, have negatively not significant to knowledge management, and have negatively not significant to organization performance; structural capital have influence positively not significant to knowledge management and have influence negatively not significant to organization performance; knowledge management have influence positively not significant to organization performance. Results of this study expected can give theoretical contribution at development of model and concept of intellectual capital and knowledge management, regarding measurement of organizational performance of business. Evaluated from practical benefit, result of this study expected can give practical contribution to organization, especially in the case knowledge management, management of intellectual capital for the decision making of organization
