This research was conducted to examine the effect of need for achievement, self-efficacy, locus of control, environmental factors, and demographic factors on entrepreneurial intention on Mercu Buana University’s students, Jakarta. The survey was conducted in May-June 2012. Samples taken in this study were as many as 170 respondents. Analytical technique used in this study was the Structural Equation Model and Binary Logistic Regression. The results showed that self-efficacy, locus of control, environmental factors have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurship intension for students of Mercu Buana University Jakarta. While the need for achievement had no significant effect. In addition, students at the Mercu Buana University who already have experience of entrepreneurship, his parents professions as entrepreneurs, and Minang and China ethnic background have a greater influence on entrepreneurial intentions than students who do not have experience of entrepreneurship, professional parents as employer, and no Minang and China ethnic background. However, it was no considerable influence on entrepreneurship intense when male and female students and the student has taken an entrepreneurial course or not.
