Data were obtained through observation using The Five Force Model, SWOT, SWOT matrix, 4P marketing novelty, and financial aspects (NPV and Payback Period). Result: The industry in the vegetarian food business is attractive to enter and has a good public interest in its market industry. The "Round Pleasure" business has a good competitive strategy and there are opportunities for business development so that it can face competitors. The financial analysis contained in the "Round Pleasure" business also has promising growth, with an analysis of the feasibility of the NPV business of Rp. 647,305,098.00 indicating an NPV > 0 or positive and feasible to continue. “Round Pleasure” will also receive a return on investment for 1 year and 7 months of business. |
