Isi artikelCoral reefs are part of the environment, and man has had a long association with them. They are important fishery and nursery areas, and more recently have proved to be very economically important for tourist attractions. Indonesia has a rich marine biodiversity, such as "Kepulauan Seribu" or Thousand Island, which have to be protected from human activities.
