This study aims to determine the implementation of the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) Mandiri in village of Larodangge Lasolo Sub-district North Konawe Regency, as well as the factors affecting its implementation. Samples of the study included 25 heads of families who received assistance in PNPM Mandiri program in the first stage and were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The implementation of the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) Mandiri in the village of Larodangge Lasolo Sub-district North Konawe Regency is an effort to plan and implement poverty alleviation programs undertaken by the working group with participation of all communities in the village of Larodangge. It was found that people in the village need a self-development, direct assistance, capacity building of human resources, and development of a program for increasing the welfare of the community through public health services, educational assistance, and grants for empowerment. Factors affecting the implementation of the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) Mandiri includes internal and external factors. Internal factors include community participation, funds, program implementers, reachable location, as well as public awareness of empowerment. External factors include lack of education, government policy changes, lack of public awareness, and lack of socialization program.
