Isi artikelThis reserch aims to know the user percertion of the circulattion service quality of the Library Jendral Soedirman University at Purwokerto. The variable of the study is only one that is the user perception is based on 5 serqual dimensions = reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles. The samples used for this analysis is 100 respondents who are the registered member of the Library Jendral Soedirman University. The method of the sampling used on this research is stratifeid propotional random sampling. Data collected by using questonnaire, observation and documentation. The measurement of this questionnaire used Likert Scale with 4 klevels. Before the quetionnaire was given to respondents. The validity test used Correlation Statistic of Product Moment and Cronbach Alpha for the reliability test. The data analysis that used the descriptive analysis is supported by the survey method. The research result shows that the user perpection for the circulation service quality at the library levels at he average value 2,63. This number is classified as good. Based on the result of the research, it is suggested that the library should still improve its circulatuion service quality.
