This study aims to evaluate the teachers’ attitudes toward the implementation of the flipped classroom model. The participants of this study were 13 elementary school teachers from Yayasan Bunda Hati Kudus. The data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The teachers were asked to fill a 30-item questionnaire consisting of each attitudes’ component (affective, behavioral, and cognitive). Semi-structured interviews were also conducted to gain in-depth data on the teachers’ responses. The findings show that the teachers had some challenges and drawbacks throughout the process of implementation, but generally exhibited positive attitudes toward the flipped classroom model. |
