Abstract
Jakarta have a lot of motorbike user. According to Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) or statistic center, Jakarta have 16.519.197 motor bike and this ammount need place to do maintenance and repairing. But this kind of service have lot of issue such as queue time for getting servicesand delivering spare part, and transparency in price and cost. IndoMoto answering those issue with reservation services for such activities and can make time more effective because IndoMoto have patnership with local repair shop so IndoMoto can provide reservation schedule to customer and have patnership with distributor that ensure quality and price of each spare part. IndoMoto inviting small independent repair shop or locally called (UMKM) so can provide more income and customer to them. IndoMoto providing application for reservation and for the time being providing chatbot for Whatsapp and still developing promotional method with Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
