Scheduling activity has a significant impact on the performance of laboratory management. By considering the human factors limitation both assistants and practicans and also the curriculum of university will make an ergonomic schedule. This paper presents a framework to facilitate research in order to make an ergonomic scheduling in laboratory management. The framework focuses on understanding the scheduling environment, the process of scheduling, and related performance issues. The framework makes a valuable contribution to advance knowledge in an area of real practical benefit to laboratory management.
