Isi artikelThis paper proposes integrated inventory system in two-echelon supply chain that consists of singlevendor and multi-buyers. CRE strategy is applied as the coordination scheme. The development of model based on two situations i.e. vendor and buyers are not coordinated in CRE strategy and CRE strategy is applied as coordination strategy. Mathematical model is developed based on Wen-Jen and Chih-Hung‘s (2002) model. The purposes of paper are to determine the replenishment epochs of vendor, order and replenishment epochs of buyers, participating buyers in CRE strategy and an offered price discount to participating buyers in CRE strategy in order to minimize total cost of system. Binary variable is used for determining buyers whether involved or not in the CRE strategy. The solution of model is solved using heuristic approach. The result shows that the model is capable for determining the involvement of buyers in CRE coordination scheme in order to gain system cost saving.
