A process of the food industry is a working system of mutually supporting each other from each section contained. Consciously or not will affect the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of workers in an effort to resolve it jobs. One effort can be done to reduce the complaints of workers is to improve the facilities that are not working ergonomis. The design of work facilities is the body dimension measurements, better known by facility Anthropometri. The design of work facilities with the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in accordance with the wishes of human resources or service in the consumer attributes input into the technical characteristics and translating into components. Based on research results that have been made about the design work on the industrial facilities of SMEs, it can be concluded that the need for compatibility between working facilities with the physical condition of operators using the facility work. The results of research through a questionnaire survey of Nordic Body Map Standards and measurement results obtained antrhopometri then design an ergonomic working facilities. Then, based on survey results the operator wishes to work in industries where small with an open questionnaire and tertutuo and determine the technical characteristics with the QFD method, so get working facility design with ergonomic design QFD.
