In today's era of globalization challenges, notaries are required to follow recent development in electronic transactions are valid evidences. Nonetheless, electronic deed cannot be proposed as perfect evidence because it still needs additional evidences, judge considerations, etc. It is argued that the verification status of electronic documents does not make equal with the verification status of authentic legal documents; it is categorized equal merely with informal legal documents.
