Sample used in this paper are some products of legislation produce from 2009 until 2011. Descriptive inferential method is used to describe data, analyzed it and take conclusion in the end. Data was analyzed using error analysis. The most important finding is that the Indonesian grammar rule's application in legislation products is still varied because they are not fully adhering to UU No. 12 Tahun 2011.
