The process of choosing which students should get scholarship award in Ma Chung University is not merely based on hard skill score, but also includes soft skill score from activity that called character building. However, both data come from different sources, and it makes students affair department hardly choose which one is proper to have the scholarship. This research try to solve the problem with data mining process to get the uncertain result. While knowing that the data is in continuous value form, then the process is best solved using k-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The result from this process already being implemented and being tested to get the desired dataset for scholarship award winner.
