Globalization happens when the social institutions, such as the economy, political and cultural realm undergo change. Nevertheless, the high extent, intensity and velocity of globalization became an inevitable fact. Meanwhile, globalization has generated social and ideological processes, marked by the market ideology of neoliberalism reaching out to globalism. Hans Kung addressed globalism with his formula of Global Ethics emphasizing on the new global institution and the new global ethics.
