Real estate market is an important market and intimate relationships with other markets such as financial markets, currency markets... Real estate is influential not only for the development of the economy but also affect social life. Therefore, the state management problem for the market is always placed on top. However, due to various objective and subjective causes the quality of the state management to Vietnam real estate market is not high and still many restrictions. To clarificate of the above problems, the topic showed the importance of the state managing to the real estate market, assessed situation of the quality of the state management to the real estate market. Thus, this topic provided some solutions to improve the quality of the state management for Vietnam’s real estate market with the aim to develop and be healthy and sustainable Vietnam’s real estate market, contributing to the industrialization and modernization of the country.
