Isi artikelSCB: Sai Gon Commercial Bank set up from Que Do bank in 1992 year. In 2002 Que Do bank renamed Sai Gon Commercial Bank with agreement of Governor of the state bank. After 19 years SCB has famous brand name in the financial market, firm belief of customers. SCB assets position is fourth position in compared with commercial joint stock banks in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
