SCB: Sai Gon Commercial Bank set up from Que Do bank in 1992 year. In 2002 Que Do bank renamed Sai Gon Commercial Bank with agreement of Governor of the state bank. After 19 years SCB has famous brand name in the financial market, firm belief of customers. SCB assets position is fourth position in compared with commercial joint stock banks in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. SCB get Vietnamese noble sentiment of customers, state, associate… such as heady brand name in continuous 6 years, in TOP 500 great enterprises, the best satisfied retail bank in 2008 year, BVC paper certifying ISO standard of International payment in 2009 year. With the strategic target is to concentrate in quality, from 2009 to now SCB has set up and maintained QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM according to ISO 9001: 2008.
