Nowadays, the demand for human resource recruitment of businesses requires students after graduating from college must be able to join immediately into the manufacturing activities. To satisfy the requirements of the businesses, the training facilities have to train students with skills to manipulate and process operating on the modern equipments. In this paper, the authors would like to exchange ideas on measures to enhance practical skills of mechanical students at college level of Sao Do University.
