Isi artikel
DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Verify) are two Six Sigma methodologies that improve quality from a process or product. In general, if the product design improvement in reliability cannot satisfy the failure-free performance of Six Sigma, the DMADV process is used to create or redesign new product designs. However, the originally function may be affected, and the product development cycle time may be enhanced due to redesigned process. In this paper, we propose a new procedure to combine reliability parameter and CTQ to improve the products reliability and to reduce the number of engineering changes without redesigning. It influences the failure parameter to find out with MTTF (Mean Time To Failure) Tree, utilize DMAIC process to improve. It is an important topic to maintain the function with improving time. This study quote with Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp(CCFL) case that the lamp in charge of DMAIC Process find out important root cause improve, can increase MTTF twice.
