DOE with dynamic signal was used to improve the precision of measurement systems. The method was modified from the original Taguchi’s method, using pooled standard deviation as the response when the exact master’s values were not known. Two case studies in SCG were shown to illustrate how this method was effectively applied to improve the measurement systems.
