The world is changing from the ‘OR’ to the ‘AND’. Companies which realize the limitation of making benefits from selling products or providing service only are making an attempt to create new values through the integration. PSS(Product Service System) is a term to explain those changes in the Socio-Economy field. It is a new business model of the integration of products and services capable of jointly fulfilling user needs. New wave of the integration in Socio-Economy makes a new neologism - ‘Servitization’, a core concept of PSS. Recently, it is being widely researched in the fields of academia, business and government. PSS is a main resource which can enrich competitive power of company. What is more, it is very suggestive policy issue because PSS brings the effect of not only employment creation but also green economic growth. In this paper, the concept, feature and prospect of PSS will be referred. New integration ways of servitization with successful case studies will be also discussed.
