Applying service convenience in education is one of company's strategies to provide the customer satisfaction. This study is concluded by applying Colwell's research in 2008. The aim of this study is to do the further study, which analyze the influence of service convenience dimensions to the customer satisfaction. Those are experienced by parents of The Morning Star Academy School Kuningan Jakarta who interact with the service. The linear multiple regression was employed. The estimated data showed that all the dimensions influence the customer satisfaction
