The purpose of this paper is to analyze the corporate culture types by statistical method using seven components that are strategy, structure, system, staff, skill, style and shared value, and four corporate culture types that are power orientation, role orientation, task orientation, person orientation. The data for this paper was obtained from members of manufacturing companies. Using these data, analysis of the corporate culture types was done by statistical method. The results of this paper were summarized as follows. From the results of ANOVA, correlation analysis of the types of corporate culture, it can be known the components and types of corporate culture were significant. From the results of crosstabs analysis between 7S and demographic variables, it can be known system and staff were as the most important elements.
