Recently, there has been much interest in sustainability management by companies around the world. They recognized that reporting their sustainability management is one of important factors of the global management in attracting customers and foreign investors. There were 1837 companies around the world which registered their reports at GRI (the global reporting initiatives). Among them, 181 companies are American companies, which are the most among countries. Sixty-one Korean companies reported their sustainability management in 2010. In this study, we compared the reporting style, the number of issues which these companies reported and the level of details and the fulfillment level in reporting in three different countries. It was found that there are clear differences of reporting trend depending upon which countries the reporting companies are located in.
