Isi artikel
In hospitals, it is necessary to assure quality with limited available human resources. For thepurpose of quality assurance, it is necessary to allocate personnel whose possessed competences fulfill the competences required to execute a particular task; based ona competence evaluation. Currently, the criteria used to evaluate competence are hardly appropriate. Accordingly, thepurposeof this research is to specify a procedure for deriving criteria. For the purpose of validation, this method was applied to a tracheal intubation task and we were able to confirm that the derived competence evaluation criteria enabled amore objective evaluation.
