Isi artikelIna roundtable discussion, five CPAs shared their cloudexperiences. Michael Smith, CPA, managing director, RSM McGladrey, said that they've been able to remove geographical barriers associated with thelocation of resources and location of their clients. Jennifer Katrulya, CPA, CEO of Business Management Resource Group LLC, also said that they give their clients a process they can easily follow that allows them to remotely, and ina number of ways, get information to them so that it's accessible by them really quickly. They can route things to them digitally for approval. Carol Kulencavich, CPA, tax principal at Brigante, Cameron, Watters & Strong LLP, added that their firm is fairly new to the cloud-based applications and, for them, it's really how it fits more internally. Steve Chaney, CPA, founder of Chaney & Associates, added that what the cloudhas allowed them to do from a delivery perspective to their clients is they spend more time actually being able to create thedashboards they want and thereports, and then they can go online and, inreal time, have updated reports.
