The criminal case of human wealth most frequent to happened in society where the object from that badness case is from good as human wealth of private ownership and also other people. Judge is a rightful claimant bring to justice to defendant. Do not close the possibility, judge sometimes also can give the wrong decision. This matter because of to the most sections KUHP arranging about badness crime, where that sections can not possible to learned by heart entirely. This matter of course very feeling concerned for civilian which do not understand about law. Because of that, in this final duty develop a decision support application for criminal case of human wealth problems using rule-based system. This rule-based system application development is using forward chaining inference method, which is a data-driven inference process for finding a conclusion. The purpose of this software is to make an expert system program to select chapters of the criminal code which are involved in a criminal case. Law contents of this expert system program are adopted from the Criminal Code. Criminal cases discussed in this expert system program are: thievery, extortion and threat, embezzling, cheating, act of damaging and passing goods from a criminal case.
