Competitive advantage is an important factor which has to be possessed by every company for its development in globalization era. It can be reached through the efficient and effective management of logistic. One of techniques used to manage the dependent demand was Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The design of MRP system needs information on bill of material, lead time and amount of optimum\m order. Data processing has shown that Double Exponential Smoothing with a=0.3 is the best model. Master production schedule for period 1.2.3 is 62, 61, and 60. The best method of production planning is subcontracting with cost Rp. 13,173,000. The best model of lot sizing is Lot for Lot and for big frame component with cost Rp. 510.000,- for 3 times order per year.
