Planning can not be separated from strategic plan which covering vision, mission, goals, objectives, how to achieve the goals and objectives that include policies, programs and activities that are realistic. The study was conducted to determine the level of planning that exists on the effectiveness of the organization of work accomplished. The data collected through the survey and questionnaires and analyzed descriptively by using SPSS method. It can be concluded that: (1) there is a significant influence on the Effectiveness of Work PLanning Organization; (2) the planning can improve the effectiveness of the Organizational Activity Effectiveness. The result of this study will be used as a reference and strengthening tha planing work across organizational lines.
