Communication is multi-dimensional interactions that are associated with the character of the communicator and the message will be delivered. Communication management is important in Human Resources Management. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the role of communication in order to improve human resources productivity in a company. The methods used literature study and the collected data analyzed descriptively. It can be concluded that the role of Communication management through the PR activities can motivate the employee and create their sense of belonging and loyalty, which in[rove human resources quality and as the outcomes is improving the productivity of the company
