One of the phenomena of local head election (Pilkada) which is emerged currently is the birth political dynasty. This terminology refers to the emerging of the candidate from the local head of the ruling area. It just likes a wife who wants to be the candidate of local head to replace the husband, or son who wants replace his or her father i\or mother. It often happen mostly in region, fight between the members of family. The candidates who follow the election are still relatives. According to Kompas (19 April 2010), Pilkada in Regency of Bolaang Mongondow, Gorontalo, Indramayu, Bantul, Kediri, Jembrana, were followed by the candidates who have family relationship such as husband, wife, children, brother and sister, and so on. In Bolaang Mongondow, a wife is involved in and challenges her husband who is ruling there (incumbent). Ismet Mila is an incumbent regent advance to challenges his wife (Ruwaida Mile) in election. In the same place, the candidate Muhammad Kris Waryobane should fight his brother, Kilat Wartabone, who is advance as a regent candidate. In Indramayu (West Java), a wife and a son of the regent Indramayu, Irianto MS Syaifuddin together advance and fight to snatch away the regent's position. Anna Sophana, the wife the regent of Indramayu should complete with her son (Daniel Mutaqiem) and advance as the candidate. In Bantul, an incumbent's wife (Idham Samawi), Sri Suryawidati advance to replace her husband. The unique one is Pilkada of regency of Kediri. Two wives an incumbent regent, (Sutrisno), Haryanti and Nurlaela, advance as the candidate and complete one another to replace the husband's position.
