Richard Winter, the course tutor, suggests some of the general implications of these pieces concerning the role of writing in action research, namely: the value of the story format, and the function of writing both as a way of coming to terms with experience and as providing the confidence with which to challenge accepted theories and to envisage agendas for further learning.
