X Company is a producer of peanut cookies. The production process has not based on ergonomy principals. It could be seen from beginning until ending process of cookies molding which has not considered comfort ability and safety of worker. This condition could result in potential of Muskuloskeletal Disorders (MSDs) on any part of the worker bodies. This research would analyze posture of body when the worker lifting Material Material Manual Handling (MMH) which from molding station to the oven when the cookies are ready to be baked. NIOSH equation approach would be applied to overcome the problems found in X company. This approach would consider vertical and horizontal distance of arm to the loads and distance of load moving and angle of simetry circle between arms and legs. In addition, REBA analysis would be applied to analyze risk rate of the workers. According to NIOSH Equation analysis, the Recomended Weight Limit (RWL) Origin is 1,919 and destination is 5,025. Lifting Indeks (LI) Origin and Destination is less than 1 (one) which means the load which is lifted on to work safety and healty is in category ”save”. Nevertheless, REBA analysis shows skore of 5 (five) which means that worker hask risk in category ”medium”. Therefore it need to be further investigation to prevent further risk of desease
