PT. HST. is an enterprise which is engaged in the retail industry. The existence of a Distribution Center (DC) to meet demand 67 outlets (customer) in the Greater Jakarta area result in waste because the distance to meet demand from a number of points the DC center point only and becomes less efficient. This raises the total cost of distribution is high enough that the total annual distribution fee is Rp. 58,687,222,548.70. Distribution costs include transportation costs that flow from DC to stores (customer), cost savings, and fixed costs. Development model that is designed in a multi facility location problems in the distribution network companies include models that describe the current company and the proposed model. In consideration of the proposed model is used in the DC facility and distribution capacity on each DC that the proposed model there are 3 scenarios are multi DC capacity of 50-50, 70-30 multi DC capacity, and multi DC capacity of 30-70. Calculation of the proposed model using mathematical programming method or the exact method is known as a mathematical approach using integer linear programming that can be determined the location of facilities used, the amount of goods that was allocated, linking a number of demand points, and the achievement of compliance throughout the demand with minimum cost by considering the limits of the existing DC. Based on the calculation of the 3 models of the proposals, obtained the lowest distribution cost is at a multi model DC 30-70 capacity that is equal to Rp. 50,870,786,240.00.
