In the globalization era, the quality of education an educational institution is required to produce good graduates. Both the poor quality of education is strongly influenced by the system of administering the existing education. Therefore, we need a measurement to assess the performance of administering educational system. In measuring the performance of educational institutions have a variety of tools, one of them is using the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The purpose of this research was to determine factors - factors that influence students' perceptions of the quality of education at Atma Jaya Catholic University; to know the relationship between Malcolm Baldrige criteria examined by the quality of education Atma Jaya Catholic University; to determining factor that needs to be improved to enhance the quality of education; and to provide improvement suggestions based on the factors that need to be improved to enhance educational quality Atma Jaya.Univariate test conducted to determine the frequency distribution of students' perceptions about the quality of education and the seven Malcolm Baldrige criteria based on questionnaires. Bivariate test done to see the relationship between the quality of education with the seven criteria of Malcolm Baldrige, so that can know what criteria have an influence on the quality of education and levels of correlation strength for each - each criterion for the quality of education. Multivariate test conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of education with the seven criteria of Malcolm Baldrige simultaneously. Results for univariate based on questionnaires’ answers produce most of the neutral and agree. Results Bivariate produce a weak correlation between the quality of education with the Malcolm Baldrige criteria for the three faculties, and multivariate results is the percentage of all independent variables simultaneously provide links to the variation of the dependent variable is small enough for each faculty and the Malcolm Baldrige appropriately used to measure quality education in the faculty of economics, but less appropriate to be used to measure the quality of education in the Faculty Of Business Administration and Faculty Of Technobiology.
