Abstract
The storage area is a container used to store various products which have the purpose of maintaining quality, being an inventory place, and to maintain the life of the products stored. Storage areas have different characteristics and characteristics according to the type of product stored. Each product has a characteristic in storage, a horticultural product is a product that has low durability outdoors so that special handling is needed to maintain the quality and quality of horticultural products. In making the design of a storage area for horticultural products with different adjustments to the consumer who will need a design method that thinks to translate the conditions of the customer regarding the need for storage, what is desired from the storage area to be built and some things from the customer. So that each of the designs produced has the resulting ideas and designs needed according to customer needs. Currently, there is a lot about storage places for horticultural products, but each has different characteristics so that the PUGH method is needed to select various concepts or designs which will later be adjusted to the needs of each stakeholder. Then after finding the best design of the PUGH method, a drawing was carried out using the AUTOCAD software then tested with the help of virtual reality technology.
