After a devastating earthquake and tsunami, Japan's business and political leaders work together to develop ways to recharge the economy. The Asian Nation maps a strategy to help rebuild after the earthquake and tsunami rocked the economy to its core. For many Japanese the signs of improvement are positive for another reason: They show that the economy hasn't lost its dynamism even after two decades of little growth."Most Japanese realize that we have reached a turning point," according to Jun lio, a professor at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies and a member of Japan's Reconstruction Design Council, a government-appointed advisory panel that's working on a blueprint for reconstruction.
