The study on Indonesia's national ideology as a glue of national identity, has been being one of the most interesting theme in the study of modern Indonesia. Due to its geographical condition, the people living in the border area need to be approached by made of internationalization of national ideology. This article describes about the common problem faced by people living in the borders areas and the need of searching and development of a made of internalization of Indonesia's national ideology. it is found that in general, the people feelings to be Indonesia are well maintained and surprisingly fertilized. However, new form of internalization of national ideology need to be organized and applied in the border area to prevent sentiments and eradication of national identity. It is seen in the field that the infrastructures and public facilities in the most of Indonesia's borders area in less developed compared with regions in the Java island in general. Significant economic differentials existed. Furthermore the un-availability basic public facilities like health centers, schools, and weak state organization and apparatus performances make the condition in the border become less advantaged. Furthermore the unsatisfied feeling of being threatened un-fairly has also been emerged. However the opposition is often framed in terms of resistance to pemerintah pusat. In Entikong border region, for example, opposition is addressed to the weak response of administrative power in Jakarta or pemerintah pusat and is not opposed to the Javanese
