Isi artikelThis paper is motivated by statements by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, who acknowledged that the government has not provided superior service to citizens with disabilities. Though Indonesia has Law No. 4 of 1997 on Persons with Disabilities, Government Regulation No. 48/1998 which regulates efforts to improve welfare for the disabled, and Law. 25/2009 regarding public services (www.detiknews.com, 07/12/2055). therefore necessary steps to maximize accessibility for the disabled in public services. this paper seeks to put forward the concept of how to maximize service delivery to persons with disabilities. To arrive at this is done by describing the various factors low level of public services to persons with disabilities and the extent to which public services to all persons who have been made. The method used is the analysis of mess media news related to public service to people with disabilities.
