The purpose of this study was to examine industry type variable, firm size and IT functional size can moderation relationship between relationship dimensions IT outsourcing strategic on dimension IT outsourcing success. Data used for this study collected from Chief Information Officer (CIO) or manger of IT that completed and returned questionnaires. Data was collected by mail survey. 330 questionnaires sent to CIO or manager of IT in companies at listing in Jakarta Stock Exchange 2005. Questionnaires used in this study were 43 (11.03%). Data analyzed by ANOVA in SPSS ver. 13 software. The result shows that industry type, firm size and IT functional size have not effect moderation on linked dimension IT outsourcing strategic.
