This study analyzed level of Ethical Salesmen Job Satisfaction from pharmaceutical industries in Palembang. There were 18 pharmaceutical companies selected and its Ethical Salesmen have been chosen as respondents through Simple Random Sampling and 65 questionnaires were distributed. The result of this research based on Job Descriptive Index (JDI), indicate that level of Ethical Salesmen Job Satisfaction is relatively high in aspects work itself, supervision, and pay, moderate in co-worker and relatively low in promotion. Therefore, companies of this industry have to evaluate their company regulation regarding selection and promotion and build supporting culture within their company on order to increase and fulfill Ethical Salesmen Job Satisfaction
