At this time every company is competing to increase efficiency in its supply chain to meet customer demand. However, the supply chain activity is certainly not protected from risk. PT. SPLP is a company engaged in manufacturing PVC compounds for cable insulation, currently PT. SPLP does not have risk management in its supply chain. The purposes of this study are to identify risks in the supply chain and their causes, then risk mitigation strategies will be designed based on risk causes priority. All data in this study were collected from division managers of PT. SPLP. The method used in this research is the House of Risk to determine the priority causes of risk then proceed with the Analytical Hierarchy Process method with Superdecision software to determine the priority of its mitigation strategies. Based on research conducted, there are 17 possible risk events and 25 causes of risk, then 10 risk mitigation strategies were developed from the causes of these risks including their priority order. |
