Abstract
Development in the field of knowledge and technology developed with the aim of providing facilities for humans to carry out their duties and interests. One of those referred to is the field of information technology and data processing. Nowadays a form of information and data can be made according to what we want, and many opportunities can be utilized to develop it. Bimbel Ayen Medan is one of the non-formal tutoring institutions that was established in 2003. The problem is that all manual recording processes. At the time of absenteeism, of course forgetfulness Based on the considerations that occur, then carried out research to design information systems. The method used in the design of information systems is the System Life Cycle Development (SDLC) which has steps namely planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. The information system is designed according to the needs of the owner who can issue student reports, tentor, number of students, student payments and tentor payments. System testing is done by User Acceptance Test and also Usability factor testing which consists of learningability, memorability, and satisfaction. From the test results obtained by the information system is easy and feasible to use and can support the processes that occur in tutoring. Suggestions for research are added the online registration process to simplify student registration, student payments and honors can be renewed through automatic payments made through accounts and website development into more accessible applications.
