Theglobal economic system historically is strongly influenced by capitalistic economic system. Since the beginningthis system has been found to be unsatisfactory; therefore, two alternative systems: socialistic andcommunistic economic systems were offered. However, these two systems alsofailed to lead people to ajust prosperity level. On the contrary, they werefound to strengthen the wide application of capitalistic IIsystem. In fact, the disappointment on these systems is increasing and has give massive impacts on social !ystem in the form of, for example, wider gap between the poor and the rich and worse environmental destruction. The world needs a new management alternative. Today, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) is introduced. With CSR, it is compulsory for companies to give contribution to solvingsocial problems as the implementation of corporate spiritual aspect. Infact, this practice is one of themanagerial examples given by Rasul SAW to lead his people to true happiness. Intellectual and heart sharpnessis the key to developed IQ, EQ, and SQ. Implementing the first five suraas (AI-Alaq, Al-Talam Al-Muzammil, Al-Muddalstsir, and Al-Fatihah) in Qur'an is the implementation of Tauhid Management of Rasul SAW
